SERVICE INFORMATION

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE:

* Includes servicing of all detectors per property at a cost of $75

* Service is guaranteed for 12 months ( if property needs to be reinspected within 6 months

   of prior inspection due to new tenancy cost will be $40 for the reinspection) 

* Installation of additional detectors to meet code requirements.  Any additional

   or replaced detectors will incur cost of $15 per detector.

* Carbon monoxide detectors available: $35 electric with battery backup, $25 for battery only

* Smoke detector testing certificate provided per inspection.

Fees:

$75 for inspection

$40 for reinspection within 6 months of prior inspection of same property

$15 cost per smoke detector if replaced or added 

$35 cost per CO detector (electric with battery back up)

$25 cost per CO detector (battery only)
